This family-friendly four-bedroom, three and a half bathroom home in the luxurious Corolla community of Monteray Shores is just 1,069 yards from the beach! The whole family will be entertained with the private pool, hot tub, and games, as well as access to all the Monteray Shores amenities, including a recreation room, pool (Monteray Shores pool temporarily closed and season extension), tennis, children's playground, boat launch and a lovely dock perfect for taking photos at sunset. The community sound access is perfect for windsurfers. No golf carts allowed. If you can’t travel with your equipment, don’t worry! The community of Monteray Shores rents windsurfing equipment.

Ground Level: Gated pool area, hammock swing hung under the car port next to pool area, charcoal grill, entrance to the lower level of the house into the laundry area, pyramid bedroom/trundle with shared full bath tub/shower, flat screen TV and queen bedroom with flat screen TV are on this level.

Top Level: Living area with flat screen TV, dining for 8 with an open kitchen area and a sliding door to the hot tub deck. The two queen en suites with private baths are on this level which both have a flat screen TV.

Overall

Had everything we needed. Furniture was comfy. Beds were just okay. Kitchen was well equipped. Loved the countertop ice maker so much I bought one when I returned home for use in my own kitchen!

Overall

Overall was a good home but it could use some upgrades. Bedding and living space was comfortable. The kitchen had what we needed. The pool itself was nice but the pad around it was stained. Not a great aesthetic.

The ability of the pool heater to raise the water to the desired temperature may vary based on weather conditions. Extremely cold or windy weather may impact its performance. Heating may take longer than expected under these weather conditions, and the heater may be unable to obtain the expected water temperature. Guests may experience potential deviations from target temperatures. Hot tubs are open year-round, unless otherwise specified. Should you have any questions regarding the pool at your vacation home, please feel free to contact us.
