Lower Level: Recreation room with pool table, sleeper sofa, and wet bar, and full-size refrigerator. Pyramid bunk bedroom (single on top, double on bottom and single trundle pulls out from under double).

Mid-Level: Queen en suite with a private bath, queen bedroom that shares a full bath with a bedroom with two bunk beds, and a hot tub on the mid level deck.

Top Level: King en suite with step-in shower (bath remodel 2023), kitchen, living area, dining area, a workspace with a desk, and a screened porch.
