Open since 1993, the Dolphin Watch Gallery offers a huge variety of art and crafts with an ocean flair year round.

This includes etchings, paintings, prints, pottery, baskets, tiles, stained glass, quilts, sculpture, carvings, jewelry, mosaics and musical instruments.

The beautifully crafted, wooden musical instruments are a site to behold. The selection includes mountain and hammer dulcimers, plucked and bowed psalteries, and bones and spoons.

Other three-dimensional work includes a dolphin root sculpture and colorful fish and dragonflies for the garden. They host a wide variety of potters. The stained glass section features lamps, mirrors, window and door designs and more! 

Owner/artist May Kaye Umberger celebrates the true spirit of the Outer Banks in her choice of art and craft to showcase as well as in her own paintings, etchings and prints.

This is a colorful, beachy shop and an eclectic shopping experience with more than enough choices. The gallery is located in the north building of TimBuck II.
